Registration at Shelter 2, 8:00. Pre-race meeting prior to start of race.
Each person is required to know and follow PA bicycling laws. Helmets must be worn during race.
All participants must sign a waiver and release from liability form.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
